It’s so easy and seductive to focus on the blossom, the flower, the fruit and to forget or dismiss what goes on the inside, in the depths, at the core, that has to happen in order for the blossom, the fruit to exist. We relish, revel, and stand in awe of the water lily – its resplendent blossoms, its glorious flat rubber pads floating gracefully on the surface of the water. What you see is so not the entire story! There is so much going on under the surface that has to happen before those blossoms delight the surface. Water lilies have complex underwater root systems and they grow in the muddy sludge at the bottom of ponds. If you think the showy exterior is the extent of the story you are missing completely the essence of the story – beauty is born in the tangled roots and watery bed of the depths. Just like us. Your beauty is the culmination of deep emotional release, the inner work that reveals the flower of your potential.

Solidarity in LOVE in the face of psychopathic fears, jealousies, and lack of love can be the only outcome if we are to survive as a species.
