New Moon Solar Eclipse – 3.29.25 Supermoon heralds Neptune’s ingress into Aries
The New Moon Solar Eclipse at 9 degrees Aries is the second of a pair of eclipses this March – the Lunar Eclipse was 2 weeks ago. The Solar Eclipse on March 29th is a partial eclipse, though no less impactful in terms of germinating seeds of the NEW in your individual experience.
This New Moon is a SUPERMOON, closest to the Earth in its elliptical orbit. More impact. Bigger effects. Look to where 9 degrees Aries falls in your chart and if any planet or point is within 3 degrees of 9 degrees Aries. That is the area of your own life where you are planting seeds of the NEW for yourself.
Mercury and Venus are both moving retrograde at the eclipse and will be moving retrograde until mid-April. Mercury moving retrograde at zero degrees Aries, the point of PURE POTENTIAL, asks you to re-think. Venus retrograde asks you to re-evaluate. Re-thinking and re-evaluating are important before you take action as action will be determined by what becomes more and more clear to you over the next few weeks.
Venus moving retrograde at 28 degrees Pisces conjoins Neptune at the very last degree of Pisces, 29 degrees 48 minutes of Pisces, just minutes before Neptune enters zero degrees Aries – the point of PURE POTENTIAL, the beginning point of the zodiac, for Neptune’s first entry into this fiery Cardinal sign since 1860. Neptune will be in Aries until late October when it will retrograde back into Pisces until January 26, 2026. Then Neptune will move forward into Aries where it will be transiting Aries for the next 14 years.
The conjunction of Neptune and Venus at the New Moon is the promise of unconditional LOVE, a state of consciousness each of us is being asked to anchor into our individual and collective realities. Start with your personal reality. Are you able to love unconditionally, especially for the ones that drive you mad? And how challenging is this when war drums are beating all over the planet and polarity consciousness has never been more obvious? Well, this is the time we have been preparing for. Dig deep into your practices that keep you focused on visualizing and feeling into the world you wish to create. That’s your job, bringers of LIGHT. Saturn at 24 degrees Pisces conjoins the North Node (where we’re headed) at 26 degrees Pisces. Saturn brings form and structure to what you envision. Keep note of ideas flooding your awareness. By May you will have clearer ideas of how and where to take action.
March has been, and continues to be, rockin’ and rollin’ with so much going on in our solar system that we here on Earth are reeling from the impact of shifting energies and of massive proportions. My best advice is to know what your lane is and stay in it. Scattering your energies into worries and concerns beyond your capabilities will only serve to frustrate you and keep you up at night. Focus on what you are able to effect and do that.
Indeed we are living in the most dynamic times. No question about that. I am reminded of a sweet Boddhisattva boy I met some years ago who said: “I feel like I am riding the wave and I am the wave.” Exactly.
